PLH-SL03 is an ultra-thin wireless liquid level sensing device designed specifically for monitoring the remaining volume of liquefied gas cylinders and storage tanks in households, restaurants, and small and medium-sized enterprises. The product adopts an external non-contact thickness measurement detection solution, paired with BLE 5.0 low-power Bluetooth, a replaceable coin cell battery, and a companion mobile app. Without damaging the gas cylinder or requiring any drilling or valve opening, it continuously and accurately collects liquefied gas remaining volume data and wirelessly transmits it back, enabling visualization of cylinder remaining volume and proactive warnings for gas usage safety.

DYP-SL01 is an ultra-thin wireless liquid level sensing device designed for monitoring the remaining volume of liquefied gas cylinders and storage tanks. It features a liquid level detection range of 30–1000 mm, a measurement accuracy of ±(1 + S*0.5%) cm, a detection resolution of 1 mm, and a minimum adaptable installation tilt angle of ≥1.2°. The device is powered by a replaceable 3V coin cell battery and delivers a battery life of ≥90 days at a standard sampling frequency of twice per hour, thanks to its ultra-low-power design. It is compatible with a wide range of cylinder specifications, including 2.5 kg, 4.5 kg, 9 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, and 30 kg liquefied gas tanks, as well as aluminum tanks with a thickness of 1–7 mm and steel tanks with a thickness of 1–5 mm.

For wireless communication, the device uses Bluetooth 5.0 low-energy technology. A mobile app can connect directly via Bluetooth to read remaining volume data in real time and supports synchronized storage of historical data. Multiple customizable working modes are available: BBQ mode collects and reports data every 30 minutes, while indoor mode collects and reports data every 4 hours. The device offers two mounting options: magnetic attachment for magnetic storage tanks and 3M adhesive mounting for non-magnetic metal tanks. No modification to the gas cylinder is required, making installation extremely simple.

It also features a built-in automatic temperature compensation algorithm that corrects detection values based on ambient temperature, improving measurement accuracy in both high and low temperature environments. A medium-adaptive calibration function automatically adapts to various liquefied gas media, including pure propane, pure butane, and propane-butane mixtures. An LED status indicator provides intuitive feedback on Bluetooth pairing, measurement operation, and power on/off status.
